每日早晚清潔後作為第一道保養程序，取適量 (約0.5ml) 均勻塗抹於肌膚上，稍加按摩使之吸收即可。較乾燥部位可每周1~2次，以浸濕化妝棉方式，局部濕敷。曬後，可以浸濕化妝棉方式，濕敷於肌膚。(如曬後肌膚已有脫皮刺痛感，不建議再自行使用保養品修護，應至皮膚科診療)
